Who can become an affiliate?

Coaches, players and anyone who has a golf-related website or social media page is eligible to apply.

How does the program work?

Upon acceptance to the program, you will be provided with a unique URL that you can distribute and post to your website or social media. You will earn a 20% commission on all Tour Read Golf app subscription fees paid to us by Apple (they take off  the Apple App Store fees and taxes, and handle any currency conversion), that are converted by customers from your individual URL. This includes fees for automatic subscription renewals. 

How do I get started?

1. Download the Tour Read Golf app from the Apple App store and install it on your phone.
2. Register your email address in the app on the Account page under the settings gear (top right). It isn’t necessary for you to subscribe to the app if you don’t want to (we hope you will). When you register, you’ll be sent an email with a link to confirm your email address is valid.
3. Complete the Tour Read Golf Affiliate Application on this page. Be sure to use the same email address that your registered in the app. 
4. Once you’re accepted in the program, we’ll activate your unique Affiliate Link in the app. Once active, you can Share My Link from the Account page in the app. You can also copy this link to share using email, social media or put on your website. (Please note that the Share option directly under settings will NOT use your unique Affiliate Link. This is a “share with a friend” option that anyone including non-affiliates can use without compensation.)

Are there any costs to become an affiliate?

There is no cost to sign up. 

How and when are commissions paid?

Commissions will be paid electronically on a quarterly basis.  At the end of each quarter, payments are made within 30 days. Minimum payment is $100. You are required to provide a valid payment email in order to receive payment.  

How do I know if I’m earning commissions?

A report of any subscriptions generated from your link will be provided on a quarterly basis at the same time as commissions are paid.

What are my responsibilities as an affiliate?

Affiliates are Tour Read Golf Ambassadors. Your role is to share your passion for the app with other golfers. You should share your link with your students and fellow golfers as well as on your website and social media. You must comply with all local, state and federal laws applicable to electronic mail marketing and social media.

Who handles customer service and returns?

Everything is handled for you. We take care of customer service and the Apple App Store takes care of returns. Your customer can find our contact information under the “Contact Us” link located on our website.

Can I purchase from my own link and get a commission?

No, you cannot get a commission from purchasing from your own referral link. The system is set up to prevent an affiliate from getting commissions from his/her own purchases. The goal of the affiliate program is to share revenue with coaches and players who recommend our products to their students and audience. Self-affiliating purchases may be cause for your account to be reviewed, and possibly suspended.

What about the fine print?

Your signed Affiliate Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties regarding the Affiliate Program and supersedes all prior proposals, agreements, representations and understandings including this page or other pages on this website.
